Globo Hydro Power Limited as the business entity commercialising Globo Hydro Power™, the product, was equally in the spot light with focus on its Pre-IPO investment opportunities available now, significant interest and action arose in this area of opportunity due to Globo Hydro Power’s inclusion in the prestigious investment magazine “Wholesale Investor” (www.wholesaleinvestor.om.au <http://www.wholesaleinvestor.om.au>).
A viewing of our demonstration motor vehicle proved to be the moment everyone was waiting for, with the “green box in the boot” now on display, fears of size, safety and user difficulty were all removed, public acceptance of Globo Hydro Power, the product, was assured.
And, to cause a show stopper at the event, was the disclosure of future business directions and associated future technologies that will bring about smaller cylinders of hydrogen being in use, following IPO investment and business expansion.
October 2009 will be a memorable month in the journey of Globo Hydro Power but equally it is being deemed a time in automotive history that saw hydrogen energy take a small but distinct step forward in growth within the Clean/Green Tech sector, a wave of investment opportunity that the Economists predict worth riding home to financial benefit.
September 2009
September will go down in history as the month of “have you heard” about Globo Hydro Power, one of the best kept R&D business secrets released into the Pre-IPO investment market of Australia, primarily through Wholesale Investor Network and thereafter select Brokering firms.

Ken’s background embraces
This is a very unique process introduced to Australia over 40 years ago through the Australian operations of National Hardchrome of Canada, where Ken was employed by or in association with for over 24 years.
Experience of this nature gives Ken a very deep appreciation of the potential market for Globo Hydro Power into the Rail, Mining, Marine and Oilfield Industries, once Globo Hydro Power Limited is ready to expand beyond the Automotive Fields, and additionally gives him important knowledge on how to counteract possible problems of bore erosion and ring groove wear in these industries where poorer quality, high sulphur content fuels are used.
These markets are both in Australia and Overseas, with Ken already submitting to the Managing Directors of Globo Hydro Power Limited a bold and classified plan whereby some of these Overseas Markets, when exploited, can remain under the direct control of the Globo Hydro Power Limited’s Australian Headquarters, and not be sold off as I.P. Rights., achieving very substantial profits for Australia, with direct influence on the local share price.
Ken declares realisation of the significant challenges of his role, but is confident of complete success.
Noting, that R&D will be an evolving process within Globo Hydro Power Limited, not only as new applications for “Globo Hydro Power” arise, as new technologies become available, easier and/or better mechanisms for End-Users of “Globo Hydro Power” will be implemented, such as the future of carbon-fibre (extremely light weight) manufactured storage cylinders for hydrogen that will be an integrated combination of cylinder, valve and regulator all in a small compact unit - a prototype of these cylinders are of this nature.

July 2009
July was a “corporate” month, with all achievements and progress based around the business entity and its preparation for commercial trade.
In this context a Registered Office in the CBD of Sydney has been established for inquiries, meetings, etc.
And, Mr. Rajeev Shirodkar, a respected Business Professional within his industry, has accepted appointment to the Management Advisory Board of Globo Hydro Power Limited, bringing to the company his financial control specialities.
Rajeev Shirodkar

June 2009
This month was a hype of activity and associated success, with focus on Globo Hydro Power Limited, the parent company of “Globo Hydro Power”, the product.
Commencing with a positive notation from the Department of Fair Trading whom advised a priority focus for this Department is the accuracy of weights and measures claimed to be present within the hydrogen cylinders utilised in the “Globo Hydro Power” process.
In this context it is publically noted that the literage claims made by the Supplier of hydrogen gas as utilised in this “Globo Hydro Power” process is in adherence with the regulatory requirements of Measurements and Technical Services Australia.
Thereafter, another positive arrangement was achieved, Biddy Finance, through the professional brokering of Mr. Rajeev Shirodkar from Green and Gold Enterprises P/L, Sydney, they agreed to extend a line-of-credit to the company for the purpose of offering payment plans to Installers and Hydrogen Retailers to acquire their licenses, and to customers of Globo Hydro Power Limited, with Corporate Customers being especially catered for in the context that they can undertake “Globo Hydro Power” installations via payment plans, allowing their purchase of installations to be classified operating expenses and not capital purchase.
Another positive situation is noted in the fact that through the professional brokering of Ms. Surinder Kaur, from Insurance 4 You Pty Ltd; Professional Indemnity Insurance is offered to Globo Hydro Power Limited by The Sterling Insurance Group, with security of Lloyd’s of London, following their Due Diligence and Risk Analysis of the company and product.
And, another positive situation is noted in the fact that through the professional brokering of Surinder Kaur, from Insurance 4 You, Sydney; Professional Indemnity Insurance is offered to Globo Hydro Power Limited by the Sterling Insurance Group, with security of Lloyd’s of London, following their Due Diligence and Risk Analysis of the company and product.
And another, positive situation, with this one for “Globo Hydro Power”, the product, arising from a Dyno Test of a prototype vehicle.
A “dynamometer” or “dyno” testing machine is used to measure the torque (power characteristics) of an operating engine.
Globo Hydro Power as a process and product was independently tested in a prototype car for R&D by Silverwater Automotive Services.
Testing identifies that Globo Hydro Power provides greater torque and up-take on acceleration, and a comparitable operating power.
Testing also identifies that a reduction in air to fuel ratio occurs causing a positive leaner fuel requirement, when hydrogen is utilised as a fuel enhancer.
The next point of progression for Globo Hydro Power Limited, as the parent company of “Globo Hydro Power” the product, is infrastructure development, with Official Installers of the product and Hydrogen Retailers being brought to the -table- of negotiation, ready for commercialisation of the product, in the not so distant future.
May 2009
May turned out to be a busy, busy, busy month with many stages of progress resulting for Globo Hydro Power Limited.
1stly the “Globo Hydro Power” Trade Mark was approved by I.P. Australia, and it will be applied to all true engine adaptations, identifying copies and fake undertakings for Insurance purposes.
2ndly, the full “Innovation Patent” for Globo Hydro Power was officially filed with I.P. Australia.
3rdly, “Business Insurances” such as Intellectual Property Rights Insurance, Product Liability, Public Liability, and Directors and Officers insurance are under consideration with the world’s top insurance companies.

5thly, this month AWN (Australian Warranty Network), Australia’s largest most reputable and prestigious warranty provider accepted Globo Hydro Power as a product worthy to be covered under their warranty provisions, this is more than a business achievement, its an honourable recognition of the product, for everyone knows that Finance and Insurance orientated Companies are risk adverse, for Risk Assessors are not risk takers.
Proudly noting, that Globo Hydro Power Limited as a business entity is bringing to customers “After-Market Warranty” for engine adaptations/conversions approximately 20% less than LPG related warranties of this nature.
Adding to the progress record this month was a pleasant surprise for the Directors of Globo Hydro Power Limited, Elaine Johns and Peter Feeley received formal notification of their inclusion in the 2009-2010 Stamford’s “Who’s Who” business listing and publication, profiling their efforts in innovation.
Globo Hydro Power as a product in summary at this time, is a steady-achiever defining its place in the market, for industry professionally are aligning themselves with it, from a visionary perspective and anticipated positive future.
April 2009
Globo Hydro Power’s time for commercialisation is upon us now . . .
The need in the market place relating to management of fuel costs and attainment of reductions in negative greenhouse emissions continue to grow in the perspective of “conventional initiatives” such as the purchasing of smaller or hybrid cars, or LPG conversions, etc and these initiatives have brought forward favourable results but specific mandates require more action to be taken to meet their goals.
This is where “innovation” steps proudly forwardly, as in the commercialisation of Globo Hydro Power.
Globo Hydro Power Limited is the business entity charged with the directive to take Globo Hydro Power the technological process that achieves up to 50% savings (average) in fuel costs and up to 45% reduction in negative greenhouse emissions (dependant upon vehicle type) to market.
Elaine Johns and Peter Feeley are the joint Managing Directors upon commercialisation and are the foundation inventors whom worked in a practical sense with Electrical Engineers, Chemical Engineers, Automotive Mechanics; Auto Electricians and an array of skilled participants over 4 years of R&D to give birth to Globo Hydro Power, as a technological process.
Profiles of Elaine Johns and Peter Feeley are proffered to identify investment security at this time.
Ms. Elaine Johns
Elaine Johns over the years has accrued a diverse and deep background in business; embracing business management, human resource development and sociological advancement.

Speciality areas embrace industrial psychological, systems creation, productivity and profitability enhancement.
From a corporate mindset together with a community heart she lives the passion required to make a real difference in business, in people’s lives and in our environmental state.
Much of her professional efforts and initiatives have achieved positive change on a scale to scale basis but now her greatest desire for betterment finds itself in Globo Hydro Power.
Globo Hydro Power in my opinion is the “missing link” between motor vehicles of today and those of tomorrow.
Its position in the market place is just that; it’s not an alternative fuel, nor is it a new motor vehicle design, it’s a process that will lead the way forward, whilst providing benefits now.
I see Globo Hydro Power into the future as being a notable part of automotive history as a necessary change in fuel orientation comes upon us.
Mr. Peter Feeley
Peter Feeley has extensive experience at the community interface as a former member of the Sydney South Western Area Health Service Ethics Committee (2006-2009), as well as serving as a Councillor for two terms within the Australian Museum Members Society of the Australian Museum. He has been actively involved in developing policy initiatives as well as future steering committees within Freemasonry and within the Australian Museum. Currently he compliments his work as a business manager with a continued membership of the Australian Museum as a councillor, Regional Representative for Masonicare (the charitable arm of Freemasonry) and the development of Green Initiatives that are based on solving today’s problems with the minimal amount of expenditure, so that everyone can become green-wise for a better tomorrow.
The realisation that everyone can become green-wise was the basis of Globo Hydro Power’s start. The fact that a simple technology (that is basic high school science in action) has not been actively pursued was the catalyst to Elaine and myself embarking on this green-wise mission.
I see Globo Hydro Power into the future being the stepping stone for full hydrogen based vehicles, and most importantly the education and acceptance of hydrogen as a future fuel. Globo Hydro Power is the chance for all people to embrace a simple and relatively cheap technology and save money on fuel costs and most importantly taking responsibility for the longevity of the environment through the lowering of negative emissions.
March 2009
This month was one of “achievement” for Globo Hydro Power Limited.
As hydrogen supplies can now be officially retailed for just cents per litre, allowing Globo Hydro Power ( as a process) to claim an up to 50% savings (average) on fuel costs, including the purchase of hydrogen.
This in fact is a major break through in business progress, as the hydrogen economy of the future predicts gas sales to be approximately $1.60 per litre.
In the coming months, commercialisation up-dates will be available, including Installer contact details and hydrogen retail points.
February 2009
February finds Globo Hydro Power Limited in definitive negotiations with Hydrogen Gas Suppliers, and results are leading towards a favourable “hydrogen economy”, one whereby hydrogen will be retailed for just cents per litre, allowing Globo Hydro Power as a product to achieve up to 50% (average) savings in fuel costs including the cost of hydrogen.
In this light, Investors taking up Pre-IPO Shares at this time will be favourably buying into the business operations and growth phase of Globo Hydro Power Limited, rather than start up equipment as originally predicted.
January 2009
January achieved the publishing of our corporate website and distribution of the Product Disclosure Statement to Stock and Securities Brokers for trade in Pre-IPO Shares.
2008 Summary
In summary for 2008, International Business Brokers and Business Consultants from countries embracing USA, UK, Japan, China, Philippines, India and South America have been actively monitoring the progress of Globo Hydro Power and taking up initial negotiations regarding commercialisation within their nations.
And, as appoint of prestige to close the year a South Australian Business Consultancy Firm approached the team at Globo Hydro Power Limited offering to work with them, to take Globo Hydro Power Limited to an IPO, planned for 2009.
Globo Hydro Power underwent an eventful year in 2008, with on-going business development.
November 2008
The Government of the Cook Islands formally authorised Globo Hydro Power to be utilised in motor vehicles across their nation, with The Energy Minister proudly holding up his hand to be the first customer to have Globo Hydro Power installed in his motor vehicle, with The Associate Finance Minister holding up his hand to be second in line, many upon many other customers are awaiting a formal date for commercialisation of the product in their nation.
Negotiations are continually underway with The Government of the Cook Islands to trial,(leading to full installation) of Globo Hydro Power in their diesel generators with the intent of lowering their current fuel costs of $3.30 approximately per litre.
Other South Pacific Nations will follow on from The Cook Islands initiative into the future.
September 2008
A “Public Witness” was conducted relating to Globo Hydro Power, with the purpose on this occasion to publically verify that up to 50% savings (average) could be achieved in practical application when Globo Hydro Power is utilised.
In the attendance at the Public Witness were high profile and highly respected Business Consultants, Representative of the Cook Islands Government, Business Operators, including Stock and Securities Brokers whom now actively promote and trade Pre-IPO shares in Globo Hydro Power Limited.
The results of the “Road Test” at Public Witness again proved and verified the claims of savings in fuel consumption and costs as claimed by Globo Hydro Power.
July 2008
Exhaust emissions were tested by MIDUS Exhaust Specialists with the purpose of verifying that negative greenhouse emissions could be lowered in current motor vehicles with internal combustion engines, when they utilise Globo Hydro Power as a fuel enhancer.
The emissions test resulted a variance of 20ppm, reduction in HC when the Globo Hydro Power process was utilised, thus the claims of emissions reduction were verified.
Additionally around this time, exhaust emissions were scientifically tested by the RTA with the purpose of verifying the claims that Globo Hydro Power significantly reduces negative greenhouse emissions from motor vehicle exhaust.
The emissions test resulted a variance in co g/Km of 5.1 test result to RTA standards of 9.3 and a variance in co2 g/Km of 201.9 test result to RTA standards of 209.4, thus the claims of emissions reductions were verified.
As the year progressed Globo Hydro Power as a process took part in The Live Green Exhibition, conducted by Sydney City Council, with levels of interest and favour necessitating that the prototype vehicle be moved to a section of the exhibition area where crowd control around the display could be more effectively managed.
Primary interest in Globo Hydro Power at The Live Green Exhibition was the fact that current motor vehicles could accept the fuel enhancer, and there is no need to buy a new car to achieve $ savings on fuel consumption or lower negative greenhouse emissions.
February 2008
In the early part of 2008 Globo Hydro Power become a commercial-ready product, following its 4 years of formal R&D.
Globo Hydro Power in its Prototype form underwent an “Official Road Test” independently witnessed by the President of the Inventors Society of Australia (Mr Stuart Fox, a long time revered consultant in the field of Inventions and Innovations, as recommended by I.P. Australia).
The purpose of the road test was to verify that up to 50 savings (average) could be attained by current motor vehicles with internal combustion engines, when they utilised the process of Globo Hydro Power as a fuel enhancer.
The road test resulted the claims of Globo Hydro Power to be true, correct and valid.
